As AML Analytics evolved, so did the role design needed to play within the business. What began as product and interface design became a broader responsibility across systems thinking, workflow simplification, stakeholder collaboration and scalable product strategy. Working within highly regulated environments taught me how to balance complexity with clarity — designing experiences that support trust, usability and operational confidence at scale. It’s a mindset I continue to bring into every product I work on today.
